I am not a runner. But I have kept up with my goal of working on running through the c25kprogram. And I have gotten to the point where I can now run for 30 minutes without stopping. I met a goal!! I am so proud. Now I have to figure out how to improve my pace. What I like about this goal is there is always something more I can work on – new goals to set! Pace! Longer Running time! More hills!
I just feel better when I run and I like my kids seeing me set goals and do things that maybe I don’t want to do, but push myself to do them.
