We went to the National Air & Space Museum in Dulles a few weeks back. This museum opened relatively recently, 2003 and is in addition to the museum on the National Mall. This museum is in large hanger and displays different air and space artifacts on 3 levels. It was amazing. Here are some of my favorite shots from the day:

So busy looking up at so many things! I loved that this museum got them so interested in airplanes and space. They BOTH had such a good time there!

If you are thinking about going and are not sure – I say go for it. It has so much to see and enjoy, even the only girl (me) in the family enjoyed it.
