On my desk right now...

Do you have a place where you keep notes to yourself? I have been using this book with more and more frequency as I think of blog ideas, scrapping ideas, books I might want to read, music I might want to download…I guess my memory isn’t what it used to be, but I like having my handy little note book close by while at home or work where I can jot down stuff. Right now I have 3 blog posts that I am working on, the list of b-day party rsvps, a couple of scrap page ideas, and the name of a song I heard on the way to work that I want to look up when I get home.

I used to just email myself the info for me to follow back up on it later, but that wasn’t working for me. They would get lost in with other emails, I would forget about it. It seems that the act of writing it down in my book is better for me than my old friend cut + paste! I also used to keep a list of books I wanted to read in my phone – hey it’s always with me – but it was hard to remember to update the list or delete an entry when I read a book. So here I am, going back old school, to pen and paper to help myself out.

What about you? How do you remember all the ‘stuff’?
