Time to sleep

I love to sleep. I love it so much…

I have to have a good 7-8 hours each night to have a good day the next day. If I don’t get it, I’ll admit it, I don’t function as well. My work is not great, my momming is not as good (what? It’s a verb..well, it is now). And usually, after a few days of not getting it, I will crash early one night – like around 8ish to catch up. Ask J, it’s true. I have to have my sleep.

However, lately, with the cold weather and the SICKNESS, I have been so lazy and have been sleeping more than normal. My evenings are suffering, my workouts have been non-existent and frankly, I am tired (i know, right?) of it.

I know a lot of it has to do with the season – winter, dark early = me want to go to sleep and with the SICKNESS (that is now gone, bye bye, do not come back), so now I am trying to get out of this sleeping rut. Any ideas? Anyone else feel like this in the winter? If so, what do you do to change it – you know, besides waiting for spring?

I am feeling the same way. I plan to buy one of those UV lights this weekend. I will let you know if it helps at all.
