My exercise junk

A while ago, you may remember that I posted some goals on working out and then promptly never wrote about working out again (hi welcome to the blog where topics go to die!), well, to follow back up, I have been working out averaging 4 times a week now. I am really proud of myself for sticking with it, however it has sucked. I hate to workout – I don’t think it is fun – or a great way to spend my time, but I do it because I want to feel better when I run and play with the kids or walk around at work. So anyway, I have now been working out with new-er goals since I reached the last set of goals. Really, it seems by humilating myself on this blog, I feel more responsible to meet these damn goals. So here we go – what I want to get out of the next 6 weeks:

  • Workout 5 times a week
  • Workout in the mornings before getting ready for work. (Do you know how hard this is?!?! It’s so freaking warm in my bed!)
  • Focus on my abs 2x a week

So there you have it. My workout plan for the next 6 weeks. We’ll see how I do as we have a ton of holidays and general business coming up!
