Here is what I looked like…

I was big, round, hot, and uncomfortable…but little did I know that by this time tomorrow I would be a mom of 2 boys!

I had been home from work that week spending time with C. Those are some of the best memories that I have – I will always treasure that time we had together right before R joined us.

Because of that, JD and I had asked the babysitter to come over, so that we could go out to dinner, and give me a little break. Sorry, PF Chang’s you will forever be associated with putting me into labor. Before she left, the sitter asked me..”anything..” and me, disappointed, “nope…” Needless to say, I was ready.

A few hours later, a call to the doctor and a rushed call to the sitter sent us to the hospital. I kept thinking I was in false labor. At the last minute, I decided that maybe I wasn’t ready after all, but a little someone had different plans…
