The other day at school it was Fairy Tale Day with a Royal Ball as the culminating Event (I know, right?!?!?!). So C dressed as a Pirate, Captain Hook, as his fairy tale character and he went off to school.
Later after I picked him up, I asked him how he liked the Ball.
Me – C how was your day? Did you have fun at the Ball?
C – I didn’t like the Ball because there was no toys there, so it was not berry (very) fun.
Me – But they had music and dancing…did you do that?
C – Mom, all the girls wanted to dance with me, but I did not find that berry fun.
Me – So what happened?
C – It got Midnight so we could go back outside to play.
I guess this dance wasn’t the most successful, ahhhh, if only it could stay this way, I see a future, where C will probably start liking the dances – you know even if there are no toys!
What kind of lame ball doesn’t have toys???
That is freaking hilarious…this is where the weird boy/girl things begin…it’s great that C is already playing hard to get. L will appreciate this…
So funny. I love how it got midnight so they could go outside. Probably my most favorite! Can’t wait to give that little guy a hug when I see him.
